Strict QC
Our raw materials are required to meet ASTM and JIS standards, and we also do hardness tests and material component tests by a spectral analyzer. During production, we use calipers to measure the semi-finished products to ensure the products meet buyers' requirements. In the final stage, we do tensile strength tests. Our MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) and ISO9001 quality control systems strengthen our product quality.
